Engineer Plus was entrusted with critical infrastructure enhancement at CIDCO Bhavan, Navi Mumbai—headquarters of the City and Industrial Development Corporation (CIDCO). Known for its administrative importance and public footfall, the building required robust waterproofing and thermal protection systems. Engineer Plus applied its patented 7-layer waterproofing system across roofs and terrace slabs, ensuring long-term protection against water leakage and monsoon damage. Additionally, specialized heat-reflective coatings and structural repair chemicals like Power Latex and CAM 99 were used to improve energy efficiency and preserve concrete strength. The project significantly extended the building’s service life while reducing future maintenance costs, marking yet another successful public-sector collaboration for Engineer Plus.
